To keep your piece in perfect condition:
• Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive silver polishing cloth; avoid soaking or using water.
• Store separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches or tarnishing.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and chlorinated environments.
• Remove before exercising, swimming, or heavy tasks.
• Wipe after each wear to preserve the rhodium finish.

At DAIYA, each piece is handcrafted and made to order in your selected size. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests at this time.
Your piece is covered by a 6-month warranty, which includes one complimentary repair for any manufacturing defect. This does not cover damage from wear and tear, broken chains, chipped stones, or improper handling.

Yes. We use lab-grown diamonds that are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
All pieces are made to order and take approximately 15–25 days to craft. Shipping takes 3–7 days, with tracking provided once your piece is on its way.
Can I Customize or Personalize This Piece?
