At Daiya Jewels, each piece of jewelry is meticulously tailored to your size. At the moment, for domestic and international orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests.

Do you offer warranty?

Our warranty covers one complimentary repair within six months of order delivery, given that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect. This does not include wear or tear, broken chains, chipped stones etc.

Can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, you have 48 hours to make any amendments except for delivery details. After this time, the order will be processed and sent to our workshop, and we will no longer be able to facilitate changes. Will I Pay Duties and Taxes?

VAT and import duties may apply depending on your location. For customers in Singapore, the applicable VAT is 7%. For customers in Dubai, a 5% VAT applies, along with 5% import duties. Please note, import tax and duty are subject to your own country’s regulations and will not be an expense covered by Daiya

The lead time is typically 15-20 business days for sourcing materials and crafting your piece in our workshop. After that, shipping times will vary depending on your location.
